Axmad Oltin Joja is a popular Uzbek restaurant chain in Tashkent. It is highly recommended by the locals. So I went there to check it out. I tried the fried chicken, it’s not what I had expected. It was a whole chicken fried without any outer coating or seasonings. I later found out that the only seasoning used was salt. It’s worth the try.
